Descriptions of Types of Training:

All classes are 2 Days in length.

2-Axis

The Begaining level class will tech you the fundamentals of SURFCAM's interface. You will also learn the drawing required to do 2-Axis machining. This course will also train you on how to import a drawing from a file.

2-Axis with indexing & lathe

This Course will teach you the fundamentals required to draw and machine 2-Axis parts. This course will also teach 4-axis index machining and lathe, as well as a brief intro with surfacing.

2-Axis & 3-Axis Intermediate

This course focuses on the topics in both the 2-Axis with indexing & Lathe as well as surfacing and 3-Axis machining. This course is very fast paced and is intended for those student who have a very fast learning curve.

3-Axis Advanced High End Surfacing

This course will train many advanced surfacing techniques. This course will also train how to repair damaged surfaces you will also learn many advanced 3-Axis machining techniques.

4-Axis & 5-Axis Machining

Learn the fundamentals of SURFCAM's design required to support 4- & 5-Axis machining. We will also train you in multi Axis machining including trim cutting supporting 4- & 5- Axis vector control.
